Embracing Diversity and Unity in Martial Arts!

The 2nd Ilocos Sur Martial Arts Festival 2024 was conducted with hundred of athletes from across the province competing in Arnis, Karatedo, Kick Boxing Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Pencak Silat.

Governor Jerry Singson thru SPM Efren Rafanan inspired the parents with a message of gratitude and respect for coaches in unleashing the potentials of athletes in this celebration of skills, discipline and unity.
