The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur in partnership with Technical Education & Skills Development Authority and Maxima Technical and Skills Training Institute Inc.

conducted a Barista NCII Training – the first-ever in Region 1.

Forty-nine participants of Ilocos Sur were equipped with the latest skills, knowledge and expertise needed to excel in the world of barista.

The Graduation Ceremony was attended by Governor Jerry Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Gina Cordero, TESDA Regional Director Joel Pilotin, Field Office Provincial Director Larry Dizon thru Supervising TESDA Specialist Wendel Botacion and Maxima President Engr. Russel Tandoc.
