The Provincial Government thru the Ilocos Sur Federation of Child Development Workers Inc. and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office spearheaded the 4th Provincial Convention Cum Training Workshop of Child Development Workers on 22-24 May 2024 at Hotel Veniz, Baguio City.

The three-day activity aims to enhance the knowledge abilities, skills and continuous development of child development workers. It was highlighted with the awarding of plaque of recognition to CDWs number of service rendered led by Governor Jerry Singson represented by Atty. Jannah Singson.
