Kyle Cabanglan of Narvacan Ilocos Sur took home the crown as the first ever Ilocos Sur Kannawidan LGBT Festival Queen 2023.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur considered this as a breakthrough concept as it claims to be one of the first successful gay beauty pageants in the province.

The pageant falls as an iconic beauty pageant for LGBTQ+ community members who are exceptionally confident, beautiful, talented, and intelligent gays.
