Governor Jerry Singson thru Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda congratulated the winners of the 2024 Regional Schools Press Conference during the Awarding Ceremony at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

The Schools Division of Ilocos Sur bagged the Overall Champion for the first time in the history.

This outstanding achievement made the people of Ilocos Sur extremely proud and look forward to see the winners compete at the National Schools Press Conference.
