Governor Jerry Singson expressed his utmost respect and admiration for the sacrifices made by farmers during the Miss Tobacco Philippines 2024 in this year’s Candon City Tobacco Festival.

In his speech, he emphasized the significance of the festival as an opportunity to honor the resilience and commitment of our farmers and their vital role in sustaining the tobacco industry and driving the province’s economy upward.

Governor Jerry recognized the labor and sacrifices of all farmers that transformed the local landscape and contributed to the overall development of Ilocos Sur.
