Governor Jerry Singson together with Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office Provincial Director PCOL Darnell T. Dulnuan led the Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Monument of former President Elpidio Quirino during the commemoration of the 82nd Araw ng Kagitingan brought by the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur.

A hundred members of Veterans Federation of the Philippines – Ilocos Sur Chapter participated.

Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Third Ranches, Art Oandasan, Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda, and PVAO Ilocos Sur Vicky Antiporda also took part on the special event.
