Governor Jerry Singson through Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and the various Department Heads of the Provincial Government convened for a Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting facilitated by the Governor’s Principal Consultant Dr. Aser Javier.

The meeting was conducted to scrutinize the relevance, timeliness, and significance of the programs of the Provincial Government in accordance with the needs and interests of the people of Ilocos Sur.
