Governor Jerry Singson was one among the only three recipients in the entire Philippines. This is conferred by the National Anti-Cyber Crime Group in recognition to his unwavering support and commitment to the Group.

On behalf of the Governor, SPM Efren Rafanan received the award from Deputy PNP Chief for Administration Lieutenant General Emmanuel B. Peralta during the 11th Founding Anniversary of PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group at Camp Crame, Quezon City.
