Governor Jerry Singson and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda welcomed the participants coming from the four provinces of Region 1 attending9 held at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center Conference Hall.

The Provincial Leadership Development Program (PLDP) aims to provide governors and provincial health teams with practical skills in strategic leadership and management to support an effective and responsive health system for better provincial health outcomes.

This program led by the Department of Health in collaboration with Zuellig Family Foundation, University of the Philippines and Tropical Medicine and Public Health Network is designed to accelerate health reforms.
