Identified beneficiaries from Ilocos Sur received farm machinery and motorized boat from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Integrated Livelihood Program.

Blood bank refrigerators were also distributed to Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital – Gabriela Silang and the different district hospitals from the Department of Health (DOH). A motor vehicle was given to PDEA Ilocos Sur from the provincial government to be used during vital operations.
