Another milestone has been achieved by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson as the province officially broke ground on its new Provincial Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center located at Brgy. Bonifacio, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.

Along with the Governor were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Art Oandasan, Third Ranches, and Cabugao Vice Mayor Eddie Boy Cobangbang.

As Governor Jerry mentioned in his message “This will be a haven for these children where they can improve their skills, learn new things, and develop their holistic well-being – an environment where they feel safe and secured.”
