Governor Jerry Singson led the oathtaking ceremony of the newly-elected officers of Region 1 Philippine League of Secretaries to the Sanggunian Inc. (PLEASES) last 8 February 2024 at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center.

Along with this was the oath-taking of the new set of officers of the Ilocos Sur Association of Secretaries to the Sanggunian (ISASS) wherein Vice Governor Ryan Singson served as the inducting officer.

Atty. Maria Ellen D. Cabatu, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Secretary of Ilocos Sur is the newly-elected president of PLEASES while Atty. Christine Frances G. Impelido is the new president of ISASS.
