Residents of San Juan, Ilocos Sur became the beneficiaries of One Ilocos Sur Health Caravan this 3 February 2024.

The provincial government led by Governor Jerry Singson provided free chek up, basic medical and dental services, medicines, eye glasses and foodpacks as part of the celebration Ilocos Sur Festival 2024.
