Governor Jerry Singson expressed his gratitude to Landbank of the Philippines for bringing “Bilis Ipon: Digital Financial Inclusion Caravan” in the province as part of its efforts to improve financial access and literacy among Filipinos.

The program is designed to provide convenient, secure, and affordable banking transactions to Landbank clients, especially those in remote areas and also seeks to help Ilocanos develop healthy financial habits.

Present during the caravan were Landbank of the Philippines President Lynette Ortiz, Sta. Catalina Mayor Edgar Rapanut and NSCC CEO Divina Quemi.
