The Department of Health under the Health Facility Enhancement Program provided 26 units of UV Rays Sterilization Equipment and 15 Automated External Defibrillators for the province of Ilocos Sur.

This is the result of how One Ilocos Sur is envisioned to create strong national interdependence.
