Governor Jerry Singson congratulated the Ilocos Sur Team who participated during the 2023 Batang Pinoy – Philippine National Games.

The team paid courtesy visit to the Governor and presented their achievements. From rank 43 in the past, the team ran rank 24 in the year 2023 gaining 18 gold, 16 silver and 18 bronze medals.

The event took place at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex last 17-22 December 2023.

Incentives of the athletes will be awarded this coming July 2024 during the Siglat Festival.
