Ilocos Sur Community College is the Champion in the first ever Ilocos Sur Lantern Parade 2023.

“Through this parade, we aim to infuse the hearts of every Ilocosurian with the true essence of this season, a time for unity and celebration”, Governor Jerry Singson during the event.
