Governor Jerry Singson has completed the Distribution of Barangay Aid to the different barangays of the 1st District of Ilocos Sur.

It can be remembered that the 2nd district barangays were the first to received the aid at the Candon City Arena.

The Governor made it P5,000.00 instead of P1,000.00, the usual aid given to the barangays for 31 years.
