A joint Christmas Program of Mayors, Vice Mayors and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of Ilocos Sur was conducted at the Provincial Farmers Development Center this 15 December.

Former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson served as the special guest during the event accompanied by Governor Jerry Singson and Vice Governor Ryan Singson.
