The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson spearheaded the distribution of 116 cattle breeders as an additional source of income to the 18 farmer associations of Ilocos Sur.

“This initiative is anchored to the provincial government’s unwavering commitment to our hardworking farmers. We know the challenges you are facing, so we want to help you by providing the necesary resources needed to prosper”, said Governor Jerry Singson during the distribution.
