Members of the Regional Development Council-1 attended the 4th Quarter Full Council Meeting for 2023 at the Plaza Maesto Convention Center, Vigan City.

Participants were convened to discuss significant matters and formulate strategic plans that will underscore development in the region.

The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur hosted the council meeting and Governor Jerry Singson during his welcome remarks reported the different awards and accomplishments of PGIS.
