The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conducted its annual Management Review this 29 November to ascertain excellence in the execution of its programs, projects and activities, resolve issues and assess its processes including services from its providers.

Governor Jerry Singson wanted to inculcate to all the value of timeliness since he assumed office. Timeliness in attending events, timeliness in executing programs, projects and activities and timeliness in the processes. For he believes that if all is timed, all can deliver services to the people effectively and efficiently.
