UNICEF Representative Dr. Joel Flores met with Governor Jerry Singson represented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda to express UNICEF’s intent to give technical assistance and conduct routine immunization delivery in Ilocos Sur.

DOH Provincial Director Engr. John Foz and Provincial Health Office representative Dr. La Paz Peredo also joined the meeting.
