To promote a more responsible pet ownership and public response, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru Provincial Health Office in cooperation with Department of Health RO1 conducted the World Rabies Day: “All for ONE, ONE health for all”.

Governor Jerry Singson commended the efforts of the PHO in reducing rabies-related incidence in the province.
