The Sustained Barangay Drug Clearing Program of Buhay Ingatan Droga’y Ayawan held at Vigan Convention Center last 14 November 2023, was graced by Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Felicito A. Valmocina, The Deputy Chief, PNP for Administration PLTGEN Rhodel O Sermonia, Governor Jeremias “Jerry” C. Singson, and Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” C. Singson.

In the abovementioned event, Drug-cleared Barangays and Municipalities of Ilocos Sur were recognized, and a symposium was conducted to further strengthen and sustain the implementation of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program.
