The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur offices dragged their creepy halloween decorations and costumes out of storage and cranked up their creativity for the Halloween Office Decorating Contest in line with the celebration of Halloween 2023.

Employees played different mythical characters such as encanto, white lady, pugot ulo, tsanak, kapre and manananggal.

In the fun spirit of halloween judges looked for scary, unique, fun, and creative decoration entries.

Awarding of winners will be on 6 November 2023.
