A total of 21 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises particularly loom weavers from the municipality of Caoayan who were affected by the super typhoon Egay received starter kits from the Office of Senator Bong Go under the Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa Program of the Department of Trade and Industry.

Governor Jerry Singson represented by Vigan City Councilor Bobit Singson together with Caoayan Mayor Germelina Goulart, DTI Regional Director Grace Baluyan and DTI Provincial Director Rosario Quodala led the distribution.
