Governor Jerry Singson thanked all the employees of PGIS on his regular message during the Flag Raising Ceremony this 23 October 2023 for their support during their loss of loved ones.

He also presented the accomplished programs and projects of the provincial government.

The Governor also showed his gratitude to the Department of Health led by Secretary Ted Herbosa and DOH RO1 Director Paula Sydiongco for the commitment of HPV Vaccine in Ilocos Sur.

In line with the holidays next week, the Governor provided PGIS employees an ample time to exercise their right to suffrage and as they pay respect to their departed loved ones.
