Governor Jerry Singson has once again delivered the quality health service for the people of Ilocos Sur through the inauguration and blessing of the Medical Oxygen Generating Plant of Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang.

The state-of-the-art facility can optimize the hospital’s capacity to fully meet the oxygen needs of the institution and guarantees its ability to treat patients with respiratory conditions, including COVID-19 patients.

The feature of the plant’s modern technology allows all operating systems to be remotely monitored and is equipped with dust, bacterial and sterile filters for safe and quality oxygen refills.
