Residents of Vigan City availed unconditional cash assistance from the Emergency Cash Transfer (ECT) program of DSWD.

Beneficiaries received P13,500.00 whose houses were totally damage while P9,000.00 for partially damage.

This was the result of Governor Jerry Singson’s patience in doing follow-ups on the different programs of the national agencies for Ilocos Sur.

The Governor was represented by Vigan City Councilor Bobit Singson during the distribution.
