Governor Jerry Singson served as the Keynote Speaker during the Rambak ti Siyensya 2023 Regional Science Technology and Innovation Week Celebration in Region 1 and was awarded as one of the Science, Technology and Innovation Ambassadors.

In his message, he posted a challenge to the Department of Science and Technology to come up with an invention of solar pugon for the tobacco farmers.
