The Ilocos Sur’s symbolic 100 millionth baby Xyrus Jeic Talapian of Bantay received his annual cash gift from the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur handed over by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda and Provincial Population Officer Francis Dacanay.

Aside from the check, PGIS is providing continuous payment of Philhealth contribution for the family. A requested nebulizer kit was also provided for the child.

The Provincial Population Office monitors the status of the child as a reiteration of the provincial government’s advocacy.
