Governor Jerry Singson represented by Vice Governor Ryan Luis Singson and San Juan City Mayor Francisco Javier M. Zamora forged Sisterhood Agreement this 28 September 2023. The ceremony was witnessed by delegation from the two local governments – San Juan City and Ilocos Sur.

The forging of sisterhood agreement is expected to strengthen ties among areas on tourism, trade, commerce and industry, science & technology, culture & arts, urban planning, education, sports development, environmental protection, public health, and social science.

Prior to this, Governor Jerry Singson personally signed the Sisterhood Agreement at the San Juan City Hall last 27 September 2023.
