The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur awarded agricultural machineries and equipment to the qualified farmers’ associations from the two cities and 22 municipalities of the province.

Items distributed were combined harvester, hand tractor, wheel tractor, diesel engine water pump, brush cutter, 2-in-1 battery-operated knapsack and chemical hose.

The provision of these agricultural farm machineries would enable farmers to mechanize their farms, thus reducing time, effort and financial resources for the maximization of income.

In attendance during the distribution were Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Gina Cordero, Boy Gironella, Third Ranches and Jaja Tabios.
