The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur led by Governor Jerry Singson and Provincial Tourism Officer John Noel Andaya together with Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson brought the province’s One Town, One Product (OTOP), Vigan Tourist Passport and One Ilocos Sur Cafe to the biggest and longest-running travel expo in the country – Philippine Travel Mart on its 34th year.

Ilocos Sur products and services are showcased at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City this 1-3 September 2023.
