Governor Jerry Singson together with SPM Mildred Elaydo led the distribution of monthly financial assistance to 360 indigent persons with disabilities from the 1st District of Ilocos Sur including Santa. Each PWD received P3,000 for the first semester of 2023.

The provincial government is eyeing to expand this program by adding beneficiaries and increase their monthly cash assistance.
