Governor Jerry Singson led the distribution of the Emergency Cash Transfer of the DSWD to 525 families of Narvacan and Nagbukel. Beneficiaries classified with totally damage household were handed P13,500 while P9,000 to the partially damage.

The Governor was assisted by Narvacan Mayor Pablito Sanidad Sr., DSWD RO1 staff and local officials of the two towns in turning over the assistance to the grantees.
