“This administration knows and understand your problems. This is our response to the increasing cost of farm input materials, low productivity, climate change and other challenges in the farming” a part of the message of Governor Jerry Singson during the distribution of agricultural inputs, machineries and equipment.
The two cities and 32 municipalities of Ilocos Sur were the beneficiaries of the program. These were dispensed in time after super typhoon Egay hit Ilocos Sur in order to help the farmers recover from the devastation.
Vice Governor Ryan Singson, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Christopher Baterina, Art Oandasan, Third Ranches, Gina Cordero, Mildred Elaydo, Ben Maggay, Leopoldo Gironella, Constante Benzon, Jimboy Singson, Jaja Tabios accompanied the Governor during the distribution.
Different mayors were also present to personally receive the items. They were Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson, Sta. Lucia Mayor Joseph Simon Valdez, San Esteban Mayor Ray “RJ” Elaydo and San Emilio Mayor Joey Warren Bragado.
