Governor Jerry Singson graced the inauguration and blessing of the newly-constructed Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Ilocos Sur Branch situated at Candon City and the turnover of one unit of Patient Transport Service Vehicle for the province.

Prior to this, PCSO also released a check representing lotto share of LGUs amounting to P601,341.40, which was officially received by municipal and city mayors who have a lotto outlet on their respective areas. From the stated amount, P126,617.39 was given to the provincial government which will be utilized in the implementation of various charity programs.

Along with Governor Singson were PCSO Assistant General Manager Remeliza M. Gabuyo, Mayor Eric Singson, Mayor Simon Valdez Jr., Mayor Jessie Balingsat, Mayor Brigido Camarillo Jr. and Acting Narvacan Mayor Carlos Valera.
