Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Melquiades “Mel” Robles together with his Quick Reponse Team brought aid to Ilocos Sur particularly Vigan City in behalf of President Ferdinand “BongBong” Marcos, Jr. this 28 July 2023.

625 food packs, various medicines and bottled waters were turned over to Vigan City Mayor Jose “Bonito” Singson along with Governor Jerry Singson and Vice Governor Ryan Singson.

GM Robles also visited the evacuees at the Provincial Farmers Livelihood Development Center. Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members Efren Rafanan, Gina Cordero and Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda were also present during the visit.
