Office of Civil Defense Regional Director Gregory M. Cayetano paid courtesy visit to Governor Jerry Singson and presented the plan to hold a National Disaster Resilience Summit on 27-28 July 2023 in Ilocos Sur. This event aimed to strengthen the resiliency capacity of the different LGUs especially the 4th to 6th class municipalities.

Along with him were PDRRMO Rhon Arquelada and OCD RO1 Head Administrative and Financial Management Section Mark Masudog.
