Governor Jerry Singson together with Vice Governor Ryan Singson, members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Vigan City Mayor Bonito Singson, Caoayan Mayor Germelina Goulart, PCOL Antonio P. Marallag Jr., Acting Deputy Regional Director for Administration, different government agencies, and other Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office stakeholders witnessed the Turn Over of Command Ceremony between the outgoing ISPPO Provincial Director PCOL Marlo A. Castillo and incoming ISPPO Provincial Director PCOL Jugith Del Prado.

Governor Singson vowed to continue his commitment to ISPPO in order to maintain the peace and order in the province.
