Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda presented the One Ilocos Sur 10-point agenda while PHO Chief Technical Services Dr. LA Paz Peredo presented the goal of Ilocos Sur towards a healthy and safe citizenry.

The event concluded with the awarding of P150 million check by the Secretary for Ilocos Sur.
