Governor Jerry Singson and Caoayan Mayor Germy Goulart led the distribution of 27 cattle breeders to the different cattle raisers of the said municipality.

This program is administered by the Provincial Veterinary Office with an aim to improve livestock production of every farmer beneficiary.

In addition, three cattle raisers of Sto. Domingo also received cattle breeders.
