First line supervisors of the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur conquered the four-day training on Supervisory Development Course Track 1 with the theme: “The New Supervisor: Making a Difference.”

The seminar was conducted by the Civil Service Commission RO1 led by Regional Director Hedy Jose “Jiggs” Lardizabal initiated and made possible by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur through its Human Resource Management Department.

Governor Jerry Singson wanted to develop the employees especially the supervisors to be more competent, credible and to improve their capabilities as public servants in their areas of assignments.
