In line with One Ilocos Sur Education and Learning agenda, Governor Jerry Singson has championed to create a nurturing environment towards the attainment of children’s holistic development and potential as future of our nation during the “iRead. iStudy. iLearn.” program of the provincial government happened at Bantay West Integrated School, Bantay, Ilocos Sur.

A total of 34 kindergarten learners gracefully and actively participated to the storytelling in which the Governor shared an ilocano story entitled “Kabaelak Kadin?”.
