Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon – ASec. Ana Carmela V. Remigio brought Malacañang closer to the people as she met with Governor Jerry Singson and heard the programs and projects of the PGIS that aimed at providing better services for the constituents aligned with the President’s agenda.

Governor Jerry Singson highlighted the 10-Point One Ilocos Sur Agenda emphasizing the smart and responsive governance as presented by Provincial Administrator Marlon Tagorda.
