Governor Jerry Singson represented by PENRMO Edgar Yabes participated in the National Training Workshop on Data Mining Tools and Techniques as hosted by the University of Northern Philippines in partnership with the Visayas Mindanao Consortium of Journal Publication Inc.

The training was attended by 60 participants from all over the Philippines. As an expression of appreciation and gratitude to the attendees, the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur hosted the evening activity of the delegation.
