The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur thru the Provincial Health Office spearheaded the month-long nationwide campaign to immunize children against Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPDs) like the Measles, Rubella, Oral Polio. The campaign targets to benefit all the children of every municipality.

A motorcade around Metro Vigan meant to raise awareness and information kicked-off the activity. PHO II Dr. Trina Talaga led the inoculation of children of Vigan City and Bantay.
